Everybody was in there own little world. The emplyee been there 20 or more run the offic not the owner.

Office personal was paid very well, Roll off Drivers $14.00hr if you work in the back min wage No advancement at all. No Perks, unless you like cookies,. They never follow there rules. Only leadership they have if you kiss up.

No training, NO Benefits they split the company up. No promotions, No paid: sick,Bereavment,Jury,Medical Leave,Military, You just have vacation only if that, They never follow there Policy
