Pros

Great base salary and bonus, flexible work hours, little micro managing. Good place to start career to gain experience in the field.

Cons

The company is run like a privately owned family company, despite the fact that it's pubilcy traded. The CEO promoted his unqualified children to positions they should never have been in and the nepotism is outrageously evident. Senior leadership is less than valued, and favoritism runs rampant. Decisions are made by one person and one person only, no one elses opinions matter. Would not recommend anyone with extensive pharma experience to work here. Morale is very low.

This company is awful for many reasons: 1) Nepotism: unqualified members of the CEO’s family are hired to top positions without any prior experience 2) Favoritism: if you are not a white blonde girl, good luck getting anywhere. People are moved up through the ranks without experience. 3) They say that mentorship and camaraderie are important, open door policy everywhere but you can’t say anything without fearing for your job. 4) Everyone is miserable so turnover is extremely high 5) No flexibility in hours

Very unethical, sales goals are based upon demanded off label sales Bullying and intimidation with job constantly being threatened No job security, sales force is being replaced in stages with inexperienced half price associate reps Innovation and trying to make the company a better place is viewed as a crime and punishable Open door and whistleblower policies are policies in writing only, they do not really exist CEO could care less about legalities or ethics Rampant nepotism
