Pros

It’s not the perfect company. Vanderbilt has had its share of difficulties over the years but they’re always striving to do better. Whether that means making the work environment more inclusive overall or just making sure the staff are paid on time, they’ve proven on more than one occasion their willingness to go above and beyond for their staff.

Cons

Middle managers could use more training but they seemed to be heading in the right direction right before I left.
