      Pros

      The people here are very friendly and the 2 managers are great.

      Cons

      If the owner was a leader of a country he'd be Kim Jong Un. A spoiled man-child who throws a tantrum every time something doesn't go his way which is quite often due to his incompetence, impatience and reluctance to allow management to make meaningful change. He is a black whole of morale. He is deeply unpleasant to work with. He IS the problem with Vanderhall.

      Not very many, welding is alright recently hasn’t been since we’re starting up the new line.

      Cons

      Steve is the worst boss you could ever have. Goes and belittles you for making simple mistakes. Goes and throws fits over things as dumb as a tape line not being the right width

      Fun concept. That’s about it.

      Cons

      Steve Hall is truly the worst person I have ever encountered. He constantly made fun of and ridiculed non-English speaking employees, constantly belittled anyone who couldn’t meet his unrealistic timelines, and would blatantly disregard safety concerns of the staff in regards to the vehicle that was being developed. His own father, David Hall, (real owner of Vanderhall) suggested I sue Steve Hall for 30k to teach him a lesson after I quit.
