Pros

The kids/ residents. Only redeeming part of working for this company

Cons

Admin do not care about residents for most part Requests for access to residents funding (often individualized and private) often denied and residents left without proper sized clothing Admin regularly don't follow program or leave units out of parameters which is dangerous to staff and residents. Any company rep denying this is absolutely not being truthful. Only worked there for longer because I grew attached to residents and legitimately worried for them when devoted staff members were not on shift which led to working overtime and rapid burn out Management and admin are only involved for own financial interests it seems for majority of those involved.
