1. No advancement. 2. If your not in the "good ole boy" cliche your disposable. 3. Two week vacation with 5 sick says that het subtracted from your vacation days. 4. Dumbest clients in the tri-state area. 5. Management are amateurs and hired via nepotism. 6. No diversity. 7. No reimbursement for tolls and milage to the office. 8. Managers who don't manage. 9. Pretty much non existent HR. 10. No raises. so on and so on...

The office culture and politics is horrible and there is no existing HR to handle issues such as Racism.
