Pros

Above average pay for industry standards, but you'll come to realize soon enough. Coworkers were cool, insurance is nice if you don't have dependants.

Cons

Micromanagement from the site and corporate level. They don't seem to have a clue about what they're doing. Projects feel like they're not well planned out and often rush to failure. Poor relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors alike.

Cons

I don't even know where to start. Just avoid this place like the plague. You don't want to work here. There is no amount of money in this world that will bring me back to this place.

The only positive aspect I can mention about my experience with this company is the camaraderie I found among some of my fellow co-workers, who were pleasant to work with.

Cons

The current leadership team may benefit from further development to effectively support organizational growth. Additionally, I perceive the working environment as somewhat challenging at present.
