Work is fine but old creep runs the show

Pros

Non client facing so you can wear whatever you want. Work is not hard but bad leadership/care made it more difficult. People are nice and good.

Cons

No bonus. No pay raise. No advancement. Owner is an old creep. Job could be done fully remote but president thinks its "bad for office culture" when half the company works remote. New hires are often sold on the idea of the job and not the actual job.

Small company, no BS daily meetings, no high pressure managers, no timesheets. Just work. Great place.

Cons

Small Company - they tend to be picked up by bigger ones and then you lose your job.
