Very poor communication, poor planning, broken promises, advancement based on merit was nonexistent.

Everything is wrong with this company. If you are a candidate do your research first, Vanguard DOES NOT audit their field staff. They turn in inaccurate data to their clients. This company is only here for the money and only reason why they are so big is because they are under Axiom, otherwise, this company would be nothing. They are involved in multiple lawsuits for falsifying signatures!!! If they can do that with signatures then best believe that the data they are collecting at doors is also not accurate. I have witness people drive around neighborhoods "knocking" on doors while sitting in their car. DO NOT USE THIS FIELD COMPANY! Save your money, and do research there are plenty of field strategies company that are not just here for the money. They also, have worked for candidates to get them elected and get hired 2 years later by a different candidate running against the candidate that hired them to do stuff against them. They have no loyalty or integrity.
