      No Rewards for the Product Creators

      Flexibility with schedule and remote hours.

      Cons

      Management gives zero credit to the design team. The employees who actually creates the product they sell. Even when a display or package wins an award, the designer is not recognized at all. If it wasn't for the designers, they'd only have flat sheets of cardboard to sell. Oh, and btw... Mark Mathes has not been the CEO for years. It's Jim Beard. Keep up.
