For new agents it is hard to break into the industry and do well off the bat. Attending the sales meetings can be motivational but discouraging at the same time. Discouraging only because you see the same names over and over again on the sales sheet agenda. However, there is a reason they are there and you should use those sales meetings to see how they are doing things in order for you to build your business. (i guess this really isnt a con.)
Desk fee's are bit of a con but you get what you pay for when it comes to the access to everything you'll need for desk supplies and up to date market trends
