Thanks so much for sharing your truth. Our two most important values at Vanguard are Integrity and Respect. If a leader violates these defined values, they are released. These aren’t just words. Recently, within 24 hours of discovering a senior leader was not living these values, they were let go. We take these actions because nothing is more important than our people and our environment.

Not only have we created a great company culture with <1% voluntary turnover, but we also celebrate our associates accomplishments. Our handbook policies and values create clear boundaries for what’s acceptable and what’s not. We are going even further with upcoming manager and employee training to deepen their understanding of why Integrity, Respect, Care, Committed, Reliable and Receptive are so essential to creating work that supports our people in realizing more of their full potential.
