      Pros

      Nice and caring co-workers, being able to share your faith with students and colleagues. Laid-back, small, and personable

      Cons

      Lacks in qualified leadership, educational quality is poor, high turnover, turmoil, no opportunity to move up, no opportunity for pay increases, constant org changes. Many positions are filled based on internal connects without going through a proper selection process, which leads to unqualified staff and management

      Pros

      Vanguard has some of the most amazing Students, staff and faculty.

      Cons

      No promotional opportunity. Extremely low moral as cited by WASC accreditation. The highly insecure administration fails to understand that their employees are the most valuable asset they have at Vanguard. They treat people as expendable and regard any dissenting opinion as traitorous. All attempts to “address” morale have been disingenuous and ineffective.

      Low morale, leadership just sees you as a way to get numbers. No appreciation for your work, revolving door of employees leaving and getting hired.
