Lots of pressure, definitely more than 40 hours/week are expected, salary is WAY below average in Lux (basically just the legal minimum they need to pay), no benefits, taking advantage of interns (paying them peanuts and having them do the same job as full-time employees, with no training. lying to clients about interns being a full-time employee with multiple years of experience), absolutely NO growth possibilities, HR was terrible during my time at this company, management definitely has their obvious favorites and acts cliquey, party culture and absolutely no diversity.
