      Teaching/coaching atmosphere, seen as a teammate, phenomenal compensation, sense of worth, thanked profusely, continuing education, trained to leave but treated to stay, helpful office personnel, opportunity for advancement

      Cons

      Long hours/lots of working but that’s construction in general. Depth (lots of work for a single person rather than having entry level personnel to delegate less important tasks to)
