Pros
Multiple projects from a variety of industries (pharma, food, OEE). Positive encouragement to advanced skill set. The owners are committed to keeping their employees even when the work is in a lull.
Cons
This is not a "brick & mortar" establishment; hence, the technical staff (engineers & scientists) work from their home offices. This would only be a con for those that need/like to be based out of a corporate office as opposed to a home office space.
