Vantage Point is an exciting place to work where you will have the opportunity to participate in a wide variety of business activities that you would not have the opportunity to do at a large company. People are valued as professionals and allowed to use their talents to attempt great things. It is exciting to participate in everything from Business Development, Sales, Delivery, and side projects.
Cons
If you are looking for a specific job title as part of your career move, Vantage Point is not the place, but instead offers the opportunity to participate in a startup atmosphere with the potential to share in the upside.

This company has a great work life balance. A lot of flexibility to work on different projects. A lot of wonderful people who are able to help you succeed. The company is constantly adding new benefits and fun activities to do.
