Solid Base Pay with Competitive Incentive Plan. Had the opportunity to lead and work with some very hard working and loyal individuals in each of the field offices.

Unsure how to categorize many in the small Senior Executive Level group(not all). Dishonorable and Clueless or lacking any Moral Compass and greedy. Top to bottom one of the worst environments I've had the displeasure of working. Intimidation and lies rule the day where the revolving door spins at a frenetic pace. Some of it appears to be the nature of the vacation rental business, but I think it is more of a reflection of the leadership that takes advantage of its front line people in a very low socioeconomic pocket of the areas they service.

During my time at Vantage, which lasted several years before staying home with my children full-time, I really enjoyed my co-workers and flexibility of my position. Vantage strives to hire a quality work-force and gets it right most of the time. It was nice to be a part of an atmosphere where everyone cared about the quality of our service and product. All employees were encouraged to voice their opinions for positive change and growth, and Vantage was always evolving for the good of its internal and external customers. My position allowed me to work both from home and in the office which worked very well for me. I appreciated the flexibility and good work life balance. Compensation was satisfactory.
Cons
At the time of my departure, upper management was changing. Inexperienced leadership was being replaced with hopefully more stable and experienced leaders. The general staff, however, continued to perform well during the shift.
