I joined just over a month ago as a Data Analytics Lead, and the experience has been excellent so far. The two‑stage interview process was simple and efficient, and from day one I’ve been made to feel genuinely welcome. Management is approachable, enthusiastic, and clearly invested in creating a positive environment. It’s been easy to settle in, and I’m already excited about the opportunities ahead.

Great benefits recently introduced in the last few months. My team is excellent and very supportive, even though we are remote working, meeting in person occasionally is great too for team meetings. Company comms are excellent, through regular director updates through the year. This is the first employer i have felt truly comfortable/ settled and at home with and i hope to spend many more years with them as i see true progression opportunities and a lifetime role here.
