Thermon corporate culture is good and PTO policy is flexible

They have the laziest engineers known to man and a utter lack of training material for incoming engineers.. collaboration is non-existent and most people here are just introverted or weird
Global leader in boiler technology. Industry leader. Competitive product lines. Small company (approx 100 employees), this allows for close working and collaborative relationships with shop floor welders as well as executive management. Pay at all levels is competitive and keeps up with and often exceeds industry pay levels.
Cons
HR is a little old school; everything done by pen & paper. While it is nice to meet face to face with HR, an updated overall HR system is needed.
