The only pro about this company is free coffee

Cons

Low pay, incompetent management, no career advancement for nurses, nurse manager is incompetent, faciility has four managers for a 5000 sq ft facility, clinical staff is demeaning to nurses and the CEO screams at employees!!!!

Friendly staff, decent pay for qualifications needed, payed training plus health care and life insurance.

Cons

Need thick skin and strong heart these kids will break it. Understand it is a very regulated business and there will be lots of paper work.

Learned a lot, much confidence placed in the position, initially.

Cons

Constantly having to watch your back - instead of keeping clear message and accepting responsibility, too many are doing CYA .... sometimes in a dishonest and disreputable way.
