Great Management, the founder himself is very involved in every day operation and is so approachable! Team leader is fantastic as well! The company is 100% remote, but makes sure to create an amazing work environment in which you enjoy interacting will everybody. In many Tech Companies, engineers or other higher-ups are often not approachable and I hesitate to ask for help, but at Variphy I feel very comfortable to reach out to anybody!
