Pros
Varis is relatively new so they're committed to keeping their tech stack fresh. You get lots of exposure to new tech and depending on the team you work for you can touch a lot of different types of tech.
Cons
Depending on your management it's hard to determine any kind of upwards mobility. There's little to no communication on when/if promotions of any kind will happen but they give you responsibilities of positions higher than you with no additional compensation.
