Pros
The free lunches, summer outings and Christmas parties were pretty good.
Cons
Very poor pay compared to market value. Benefits were inferior (the ones that existed that is) People get laid off at the drop of a hat, even though they keep telling you the company is doing great. Being in the "click" is much more important than doing a good job.
