      The firm is somewhat flexible in that it allows for job sharing and/or flex time when needed.

      Cons

      The firm is very closed minded and does not allow for any growth from within. Management is also somewhat behind the times with technology.

      Very professional staff with some great attorneys

      Cons

      Human resources, which I completely understand, cares only about the rainmakers. But remember, unless you have support for your book of business, the due diligence will suffer. Typical antiquated men run the business.

      Being a member of a self-aggrandizing, xenophobic cult can be intoxicating. Delusional firm-wide assessment of firm’s prestige and stature in community preserves said intoxication long enough for indoctrination to take hold.

      Cons

      Getting out of bed; looking at self in mirror; wondering how to explain decision to stay here to grandchildren one day.
