Bad management, not employee friendly and very backward thinking

Pros would be that since it is a start up, an employee has more chances of showing his/her skills to upper management

Cons

Washrooms are common to other offices, and very unhygienic No set goal or vision of company, project driven Employees are little intimated by higher management. The environment is pressurizing and not free and innovative to support growth. People are promoted to come early, work late and even on Saturdays.
