Pros
Some nice projects, aggressive comercial and technological initiatives. Good health benefits. Pays on time.
Cons
Internal politics undermine work relations. No pay raises for too long. Hidden pay raises to some workers, without no good reason whatsoever. Direct management doesn't have a clue about career and expectactions management. There's no clear flow and understanding of the strategy, if it really exits.
