      A lot of promises and Punctuality

      Cons

      No Salary, No value for employees, Expect people to work as in charity, liers, cheaters, frauds and happy to screw careers with no hesitation. All good reviews are fake . Not a single employee was happy being there. They take money from freshers and dont even pay their stipend.

      Met a good Friend cum Manager... (He has been screw by Vati too)

      Vati consulting Founder Mr. Super Unethical Amitabh Das & his follower Mr. Unethical- Sayan Jyoti Gupta are BIG time LIAR's & CHEAT. They had withheld the Salaries for their employees, consecutively 3 months. Still yet to get the said salaries from vati though I'm not expecting it anymore. In the year 2013 Vati company has been merged to Ignis Group at JP nagar and within 2/3 months, vati consulting has been kicked off by Ignis group.

      Pros

      I have been working at Vati Technologies full-time (More than 5 Years) 1.) Good company were salary is given correct though being a consulting service without delay. 2.) They sometimes conduct Employee Engagement Activities. 3.) Good Exposure with Clients 4.) Positive environment and good colleagues 5.) Great learning opportunities. 6.) Work/life balance was pretty flexible
