      No defined KRA - you can be asked to do anything and you can't say no Too much politics (worse than saas bahu daily soaps) People in senior positions will never help you Seniors lack knowledge and understanding HR is useless No job security - You can be terminated anytime No freedom to speak your mind Salary break-up is ridiculous Leave policy is ridiculous too Sexist atmosphere (cheap, flirty men) Only sycophants are promoted No respect No employee retainment (they don't even let you serve notice period to save money) Bad work culture, high-level politics, unnecessary work pressure, abusive language used No learning and growth Unnecessary mental pressure and torture

      Good infrastructure in good location. Otherwise nothing great. Seniors have no clue what they are doing. Please learn from companies like Regus and others in your competition.

      Pros

      Vatika Business Centre is an exceptional place to work. One gets to acquire new skills from seniors/ the management. I have received good exposure to business operations and handling day to day administration. I have been working here for 2 years now. One of the best private companies when compared to others in terms of company culture, salary hike, management appreciation and flexibility of working hours. Events and outings and other team building activities are engaging.

      Cons

      No Cons as such. I have been icky to be working here.
