Pays better than most schools

Cons

Admin has no clue what theyre doing. Kids run the school and there's nothing you can do about it. You'll get called the n word, get things thrown at you, be disrespected and there's nothing you can do about it. There is no accountability and you'll lose all motivation you had for working at a school

Pros

The pay is good for the region. Everyone is very friendly.

Cons

All the smiles and positive attitudes are fake. They will not tell you there is a problem until the day they fire you, and they don't do any formal observations that would justify their claims. Never give teachers the benefit of the doubt, but students are coddled to the point of thinking there aren't rules or consequences.
