1. Very Poor and arrogant management. Specially Anand Kekre, he keep on teaching employees to maintain harmony among peers and he himself is very arrogant management. 2. Admin department is very poor. They way of handling sounds like a don. 3. Hardly good intellectual people are in this company. 4. Those employee who are here from long time they are goons and treat new employee as their slaves. 5. All stake-holders are very rude and arrogant. They are not open for improvement 6. No good policies for employee, cost cutting is too much here. 7. Work culture is poor, blood relatives get preference at any designation with lots of powers. 8. Salary std is very poorly maintained, un-even distribution of package.
