This company has a significant identity crisis. They struggle with knowing who is responsible for what, there are few processes in place which leads to confusion, delays and duplication of efforts. The leadership team's actions hint at a lack of regard for their employees, investors or potential patients. I would not recommend working here. Employees are under stress to meet unrealistic deadlines despite constant changes and re-working to the deliverables and goals. There are also huge communication gaps and many decisions made by hallway conversations rather than committee reviews. There is also too much emphasis on having something to announce to the street (press releases, earnings calls) rather than a consistent approach to completing the required work. This is a poor way of doing business in my opinion.
