Good work culture and balance, but low pay and engagement

Pros

The work culture is good, and the work-life balance is much better. The leave policy is also quite flexible and employee-friendly.

Cons

Salary increment is very less in my company, and there’s not much celebration or employee engagement during occasions either. It sometimes feels like growth and appreciation are missing.
