Pros
I have joined as fresher and worked for 6 years in service team. Learning will be good for fresher and they will encourge you to learn new things . You will involved in all stages of the project from requirement analyses, design,development and testing .
Cons
1. Salary is not good 2. They dont have any revenue from internal project and they depend on onsite revenue . 3.variable component only declared in the paper and you will not receive even single penny 4. They will not even give gratuity while leaving the company even if you have completed more than 5 years in there origination 5.Leave policy is very bad.
