Pros

*Beware* Scam job based off of "Profit Point" Where they elaborate on your PERSONAL expenses, and give you a base pay, then 20 percent of each commission on CHARITY donations.

Cons

- Soliciting job that has you go outside in Arizona heat. Summers as well. No breaks - No sitting is allowed - No chairs. You must approach every stranger who walks by in a commercial area and ask for donations. You are given a speech to say to each customer and you are not allowed to alter it in anyway. The speech is CRINGEY at the least. You are expected to say every word although the person is fidgeting and stomping the ground with impatience. You must reach your expected total of donations to be allocated the base pay based off of your "Profit Point" which ranges from $500-$1,000 per week. The company is VAYU INC. also known as WEST COAST COLLECTIVE. Their goal is to employ as many people as they can do due diligence in glorified soliciting aka pandhandling. They want you to reach your sales in order to grow within the company and have your own office. Beware.

Pros

There is no pro, its a total sham. Did a group interview with them and it smelled rotten from the start. At no point do they ask you about your resume. They spend the entire time selling you on working there. Once there they will have you stand in front of stores asking money for charity donations that go into the pockets of those at the top of this pyramid scheme.

Cons

They name drop all the companies they work for, all companies you have heard of but its fake. Do your research, they do not have a website for potential clients. The only website they have is a setup for you to apply. Look at their Linkedin and see there is no activity. The people listed as working there are fake. They have no Instagram posts or Facebook posts. A marketing company certainly would be active on social media.
