Pros

Company has lot of projects so the chances of you being on bench is low. If you can work effectively from your home, you can avail WFH for 3 days in a week. Work life balance depends on project and project manager

Cons

- More than 30% of CTC is bonus, which is provided as retention bonus(provided half yearly and annually) - 3 months notice period - No office trips or quarterly lunch/get together (management is penny pitching) - Late appraisals and low increment

Fake reviews, forced by HR

Employees are harrased here mentally. And all the good reviews you have seen here are fake, the HR force the employee to write good reviews!

Cons

No work life balance. Forced to do overtime. Management is poor. You will be overloaded with work and then harrased by them in front of everyone if you are unable to meet their unrealistic deadline. Even after overtiming whole week you will be told to work on saturdays. All employees are leaving company who has realised that the culture of the company is becoming toxic. I have been in a project for last 3-4 months and i have seen exploitation of employees, Overtiming is appreciated here. They will disturb your mental peace, ping you throughout the day for status, force you to take task even if it not possible to do before deadline. The manager doesn't have any technical knowledge, they just take work from client to make them happy.
