      Pros

      Loved the work, benefits were good, able to bank overtime.

      Cons

      Loved the work that I was doing, unfortunately, very political environment, backstabbing is common place. Very unhealthy work environment, long hours.

      Hangars are air conditioned and snack machines have a nice variety.

      Cons

      No communication, morale always very low, pay increase based on the buddy system, no opportunity for advancement

      non to be named. If you want to learn as a future leader/manager how to demotivate employees then join Vector.

      Cons

      Dis-respectfull management to employees. Vector Values only applicable towards shop floor (P145 and P21J) as management and HR don't act in line with it. No people skills of management and their priority to score to management more important then engineers. Minimum support to engineers and management ignoring engineers who has more knowledge as them due to experience.
