Company is flat line without any opportunity to move unless you are either a male or an engineer

The benefits are very good, people are nice.
Cons
Seems most of the females are admins. One gal tried to move up to the next level and appeared to have all the right qualifications but it was given to a male with what seems like half the experience.

-Established company in low level firmware and software tools within the automotive industry -Great product and high quality services -Really good team culture -- everyone works together -Amazing benefits like healthcare -Good work life balance, flexible hours -Managers that care and work to align company goals with employee goals and development -Strong job stability
Cons
-Uncompetitive compensation despite record sales year to year -Provides little or no salary increase with promotions -Compensate significant growth of the company using large bonuses instead of salary increases
