Pros
Vector offers a great environment to work in given that most of its employees are young energetic and in the same learning process one is at entry level. It is exciting to participate in new projects that are both challenging but rewarding in the end. All in all vector is a great place for entry starters in the finance and/or banking industry.
Cons
Given that many employees are young, there is too much competitive and not enough rewards. This is to say, you are able to learn from your peers but not as much as if you had older more experienced senior advisers at your disposal.
