      Working from home and decent pay

      Cons

      There is little to no job security, with all of the executive and management team showing very little to no professionalism. Many people have been getting laid off out of nowhere. You will not get proper training or a positive work environment. It is very evident they do not care about you. Also I am pretty sure a lot of the positive reviews on here are from the management team.

      I've worked for Vector Choice Technology Solutions for 2 years. The company is fast paced, innovative, and constantly looking for ways to make both the customer and employee experience better. Great benefits package, great work environment, endless opportunities to learn. The close-knit personality of the company makes it feel more like a family to the employee.

      Cons

      The company is in a rapid growth stage, requiring employees that are dedicated to productivity and learning. This is only a con for people who don't enjoy that type of setting. For those that are driven to be part of a company's growth, it's an exciting ride!
