      It's mostly independent work and driving your own vehicle to different locations. Friendly co-workers and good job for experience if you're a college student in ecology or environmental science

      Very hot in middle of summer, no room for growth, seasonal position, low pay

      VDCI has a friendly and supportive team environment. The flexible schedule is great, especially for students or those with other commitments. Each day offers something a little different, which keeps the work from feeling repetitive.

      Cons

      There are occasional periods where things slow down, and the workload can feel a bit light or unstructured at times.
