Pros

Someday Vector might have a big financial upside and all employees hold stock in the company. Some of the company's leaders are humble and kind (but not all). The CEO is kind, approachable, and cares about his people.

Cons

It's a hair-on-fire environment with rogue actors at every turn and so much information is shrouded in secrecy it leaves lots of internal grumbling. Some of the leadership team stands ready to fire anyone and everyone at the drop of the hat while others truly and genuinely defend and stand by their employees. If you at all value personal time this is not the place for you. Engineers pull frequent all-nighters thanklessly. Nothing is ever clear and not in a good "problem solving" way.

Pros

Fun start up atmosphere, Lots of work to be done

Cons

They hire the worst employees ever. From techs to management its absolutely absurd. Seems like no one has any clue what they are doing.

Get paid to learn

Pros

Paid on time. No set working hours. The facility is kept clean and the work environment is very casual. There’s never any shortage of work.

Cons

The company has hired very inexperienced employees. A small fraction of the staff has legitimate experience outside of what they’ve learned in a text book or they were hired cause they’re a friend or family member. A small percentage of employees are responsible for the progress that’s been made while the rest are on a free ride. The company does a good job at making employees come in to collect a check instead of making a difference.
