      Pros

      Vectron is a dover corporation and so is connected thought the world to other dover companies. if you like living in a cube, this place is perfect.

      Cons

      carpel tunnel, repetitive motion injuries, disconnect between sales expectations and engineering deliverables. management is out chasing big fish customers ignoring the problems at hand.

      Just awesome and if given a chance to work again..i would love to…very much…colleagues turned friends to family environment…!!!!!seriously i wont find another company with great environment like this ever again!

      Things changed after acquisition…just nonsense after the final acquisition!
