Firstly, thank you for sharing your feedback with us. Employee feedback is important to us. We believe that the interests of the Company and its employees are best served by a joint consensus and exchange of views, and our Employee Representative Forum supports this. We will also be undertaking an employee engagement survey later in the year to help us understand what we are doing well and need to do differently. This is perhaps one of the most dynamic periods of change in our businesses history, as we transition to being a market-leading CDMO business. We feel this is a really exciting time to be part of Vectura, but acknowledge that this can sometimes create peaks in project work. We have some amazing people at Vectura and the work you do for us is truly appreciated. Customer satisfaction and staff engagement are extremely important to us and we are working hard to expand our teams, as we continue to grow.
