      Pros

      BE plus MBA are hired directly from top Management institutes and are offered very good salary. First 6 months they are MT(Management Trainee ) and immediately post that they are made Associate Manager (M6 Grade) . Young talent is respected and valued in Vedanta by giving power and position at early stage. For Starting career it is Best.

      Cons

      6 days work. No work life balance Frequent transfers. No stability. NO proper HR policy Bad in Training , you have to learn by yourself.
