      This job was a stepping stone to anything else

      Cons

      The atmosphere was cold and unwelcoming. The environment was very collaborative. Everyone was plugged into their headphones and worked quietly.

      Worst office politics ever! Working with delusional and condescending losers can be downright torturous and punitive for most people. If you're young, well educated and intelligent, then this place is certainly not for you. Don't bother associating yourself with amateurs. Those who had stayed beyond the 1-year mark are either incapable of securing a good job elsewhere or just comfortable working with their own kind. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!

      Pros

      There are some staff who are true gems of people. Don’t understand why they work there though.

      Cons

      The boss just sucks. Has no clue what is going on, and the company is a joke from management to execution. The only valuable thing there is the heart that the employees put in, but it seems the boss just thinks they are all monkeys even though she does nothing.
