      Technical leadership is very competent and provides great mentorship as part of the employment.

      Cons

      Business leadership is unaware of the market fit and neither has solid incremental plans for growth. Inclusion of incompetent external companies by the business management has severely hampered all activities

      A startup with no clarity, a lot of micromanagement and night shifts

      Pros

      - Product Idea is amazing and useful - I have heard that the influx of people from Google has improved the company culture and compensation quite a bit. But I will share my personal experience around these points in cons section

      Cons

      - They had no product planning and grooming - The head of engineering was an ex-Amazon employee, he would assign and manage tickets on adhock bases. - The head of engineering had no trust in team, asked the team to create epics, groom them without any input from product team. - The head of engineering used to micro-manage everyone. He would even make employees do all-nighters - He would make empty promises around bonuses and promotions - It was a one man show - They always wanted a 5 hour work to be done in 1 hour.
