Pros

Strong team. Great work ethic. Collection of talented people. If proactive, there is huge scope for personal development.

Cons

Lack of trust in people's capabilities from Senior Management, starting with the CEO. Not very agile due to micro-management. Very little company culture.

Some of the staff were really lovely and was better than unemployment

Cons

- Poor senior management. -One senior manager was wildly inappropriate with his in office discussions. -Staff were treated like idiots during a "merger" that looked and smelt like an acquisition.

Absolutely nothing, they’re complete liars

Cons

Liars, will promise things or changes and won’t do them, will work you longer than you’re supposed to, will make you fill in multiple roles, and the managers all look out for each other
