- Extremely toxic corporate culture. - Overworking, the company tries to get every day and hour legally possible from you, and sometimes even unpaid overtime or working from vacation. - No bonuses whatsoever, - No remote/hybrid work allowed - Limited sick days - Team buildings either take place on weekend or you need to takes days off. - Low salary for complete beginners and no proper mentoring.
