Toxic management, leadership checked out, insane turnover and mass layoffs two years in a row (including people on maternity leave) and replacing them with the same roles for less pay. No direction and often disrespectful leadership style. No okay practices in terms of diversity & inclusion. What they are pitching as culture is very far from what you get when you're inside the organization.

- top down approach from director is toxic - favoritism in the department - people have quit or gone on stress leave due to toxic work culture created by director - no work life balance - expected to get tasks done at a snap of a finger by director, she has zero respect for personal time and will often text you go get things done - hr only works for the managers not the employees - huge turn over issue, nothing is being done to retain staff, this has been an on going issue for years as everyone in the department is new and no one really knows what's going on - staff are often frustrated and disgruntled - no appreciation for long hours and over time - recently did lay offs but plan to rehire for those positions, you could be next on the chopping block - lack of transparency, director often lies when you ask questions of what's going and plays dumb - no culture or team feeling, each man for their own
